DELECTABLES WITH DAN: CHRISTMAS EDITION DAY FOUR ππ❄️☃π π»
Hello and welcome back to Delectables with Dan! It's already
day 4, I can't believe it. Today lil Phil and I will be making fudgy
chocolate brownies with a lovely green icing that has peppermint essence
in it!
1. Preheat your oven to 180C/ Gas Mark 4 or 350F.
You'll want it nice and warm when you put your biscuit dough in.
2.First, empty your pouch into a large mixing bowl.
3. You'll want to add your three tables of vegetable oil into you mix and
blend nicely with a cooking spoon.
4. Add a tablespoon of water along with 1 large egg.
Mix until your mix has a creamy texture and everything is evenly blended together.
* I was stupid and forgot to take a photo of the mixing step. I promise I'll make it happen
5. Shape your dough into even sized balls. They should be 2.5cm or 1 inch in size.
Place them on a lightly greased bake tray or a bake tray lined with baking parchment.
6.. Place into bake for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown in colour. Once you
remove your biscuits, take a fork whilst they are still soft and press the fork into the biscuit
making a criss-cross pattern in the top of the biscuit.
Allow your biscuits to cool completely before packaging them.
And you can thank my amazing chum Rob for bringing this idea up to me!
I bought my peanut butter biscuit maker on Amazon.co.uk:
