AS YOU WERE HAS A MERCH LINE
I don't know if I've ever really done a blog on this, but here we go! As some of you know last month I released my latest book As You Were which is a collection of photography, travel stories and tips. I'm really pleased with the photography choices for the book and what I've accomplished with it! In the next few years when I have more photos from other places I might do another book like this, but for now, the plan is to update my online portfolio and focus on that while attempting to gather enough material for another release. If I do, great! If I don't, well there are other books that I'm putting out.
I have a lot of different types of products out there! I've got stickers, throw pillow cases, travel mugs/coffee mugs, journals and more. I'm looking to expand the postcards that I offer and the photo prints. I have a RedBubble store for the majority of things and a Zazzle store for the other products.
I really love the different contrasts and emotions you get within the photos. All are unedited, photographed by me and digital copies to be used in other works are available for purchase. All images are copyright @dannysnaps / @danielbechum so please contact me for any commercial licensing/ purchase. I'm happy to work with people who love travel and tourism as much as I do to help them achieve their goals with their photography as well! I've been doing this on my own for 10 years, learning and growing along the way. I took in a lot of great tips from more experienced travellers and learned so much from all of my trips/adventures across the world. You can get some of these travel tips in my book as well! It goes through the history, popular places and some little touristy things of several cities in Europe.
For questions on merch, licensing or photography, please email: daninterviews@gmail.com and I will get back to you within 1-2 business days. I look forward to meeting new photographers and artists from all over! Maybe we can do some collabs! :DD
You can get As You Were via Blurb, Amazon & Kindle. It's coming soon to Barnes & Noble and other retailers. It's just taking me a little bit of time, there are glitches that I have to work out before I can have them be released as softback books. The reason for the price is the books are full colour; the Kindle book is far cheaper if you want it but can't afford the price of the physical copy. I'm hoping to have an Easter sale this year! If I don't personally have a sale, Blurb will for this book and my other works available under Daniel Bechum and my penname Anja Absinthe. I will tweet and post on Facebook about the sales in advance so people can gift the books for Easter! International shipping may not arrive in time as all books are printed in Los Angeles, CA. I'm looking to work with another UK distributor so when I do I'll let you guys all know!
