Tattoo Talk Thursdays: Healin' On Up

Greetings & Salutations Everybody!
Welcome back to another instalment of Tattoo Talk Thursdays!
On this week's adventure, I'm going to give you an update on the healing status of my new tattoo and share some recommendations with you guys. If you guys have any of your own methods and or products to recommend DM me and I'll check some of them out! (Because as you know I'm almost always being tattooed...Got more ideas in the pipeline as well. In less than 6 months I've gotten 6 or so new tattoos...) This is going to be a short one because I've got a tonne of other stuff going on and I want to do a full update in a month when the tattoo is nice and healed! I've got day-by-day photos to share with you guys, including before and after each usage of Skinfix. Here we go!

Here's this morning's photo after a use of Inked Tattoo Balm. It's been healing about the same speed as when I used Tattoo Goo or regular Nivea. It feels a little rougher when applying it versus the Tatoo Goo or the Nivea lotion. It has the nicest smell out of all of them though! I notice when I apply it to the tattoo the colour almost instantly brightens, where it never did with the other two products that I've used. Let's take a look after the first application of Skinfix 2 weeks ago after I first got the tattoo done.

It made the tattoo colour pop even brighter than when it was first inked into me only a few hours earlier. See how rich the red? It's rare that I've ever seen a tattoo that tone of red and I love it. Now it's a tad dimmer as it still has a bit of dead skin and another two weeks or so of healing time. The skin of the tattoo and around the tattoo are incredibly soft, I'm amazed at it. It's making me want to try out some of the other products Skinfix offers! Overall I'm pretty happy with the product, if something changes, you guys will be the first to know.

Here you can read more about it and purchase if you are interested. Shipping to Canada the UK and the US.

But to be kind of honest with you guys, I got an interview with some of the girls from Skinfix and I emailed her 6-10 questions about the products, availability and things along those lines 2 weeks ago and nothing. I'm kind of seeing that as really unprofessional. We'll have to see if they even respond back like they promised or it will be just another example of my failure. I've got a childhood adventure story coming up, a Delectables with Dan and an interview with a macabre fashion designer out of Russia. Stay tuned and I will catch up with some of you on Twitter later!
