Colour Asks

I was asked to participate in this via a friend on Tumblr and I decided to fill my Sunday evening with it. Little did I know that some of these questions would be challenging, and would make me think about where I am, where I'm going and explore feelings that I actually feel and ones I know I should be feeling.

Crimson - What was an event that’s shaped you to be who you are today? 

There are so many. Meeting Bill, Columbine Massacre, Abandonment. Discovering Phil. 🖤

Light Pink - Do you have stuffed animals? 

Yes. Quite a few, actually. 

Blush - Are you single?

Yes, but forever taken by the blue eyed boy with the constellations in his eyes. 

Amaranth - What’s your favourite emotion?

Serenity. 

Cherry Blossom - How are you feeling right now?

Rather satisfied with a few things, kinda stressed with some M&G planning /t-shirt tour designing. 

Hollywood Cerise - What are your ambitions?

Have more views on my work, expand my publications, publish the latest novel I'm on and successfully complete my upcoming tour. Non-work related, to complete my bodysuit of tattoos. And to just be at fucking peace with myself. 

Razzmatazz - Favourite TV Show?

Goddamn, this is a hard one. Skins, The Inbetweeners, The Sopranos, Dexter, Married with Children, Keeping Up Appearances, Are You Being Served?, Breaking Bad

Rose - Where do you feel most comfortable?

On the Tube or in a museum or, of course, at home in my room.

French Rose - What is your favourite flavour?

Vanilla or Mint. Those are my top two flavours. Then Hazelnut. 

Cameo Pink - Favourite movie?

Sleepy Hallow, Stoker, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

ORANGE

Buff Orange - Would you consider yourself athletic?

No, not really. 

Burnt Sienna - Favourite smell?

The smell after the rain, smell of campfires, freshly mowed grass, freshly washed towels.

Melon - Do you like to dance?

Yeah, it's a great way to burn off excess energy and spent time with friends.

Carrot - Do you bake?

Bitch, I have a whole segment called "Delectables with Dan" what do you think? 

Gamboge - Where do you want to travel?

Italy, Australia, Norway, Russia, Mongolia, China, and Tibet.

Peach - Favourite texture/s?

Soft

Vermillion - How brave are you?

Pretty brave. I got on a plane with pretty much no money, my passport and went to a country where I didn't know anyone or speak the language, just to get away.

Bittersweet Shimmer - What is your favourite memory?

I don't have one. I can't choose the rare moments of my life that I've truly enjoyed. 

YELLOW

Flax - Do you like going to the beach?

Sometimes. I hate the fucking sand in my shorts.

Wheat - Who can you trust the most?

Phil Doll.

Laser Lemon - What kind of phone do you have?

iPhone 6 Plus

Gold - Are you high maintenance?

No, not really. I mean I'm wearing the same shirt I put on Friday, have bedhead and am not motivated to get up and change that.

Mellow Yellow - How calm are you?

Sometimes I can be as calm as a cucumber, other times I go mental at the drop of a hat.

Unmellow Yellow - How high energy are you?

When I'm manic, I could power a city on my energy. Then when I'm normal or even depressed, I'm normal level energy. 

Papaya Whip - How honest are you?

I won't answer this question...things are pending.

Transparent Yellow - Would you consider yourself to be special?

No, not really. I've got a few talents, but nothing overly special.

Canary - Favourite song?

Little By Little- Oasis / Come As You Are-Nirvana / 1979-The Smashing Pumpkins

Reed Yellow - Do you play an instrument?

Some Piano  :3 

GREEN

Pear - Where do you feel rested?

Laying in tall grass.

Olive - What is your favourite food?

Pizza, Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breast with fresh Basil and of course, Misery. 

Fern - Favourite plant?

I really like Roses, Bamboo and Cati 

Moss - Are you quiet or loud?

It depends on my mood. Someones I'm loud and crass and other times I'm quite and withdrawn; stuck inside my head.

Tea green - How do you relax?

Watching serial killer documentaries.

Celadon - Dream job?

What I do now. Author/Blogger and Cleaner of Sorts. (I get to play with blood)

Harlequin - Can you act?

Every goddamn day. You don't get away with this much without the ability...though people are rather stupid for the most part, so I could relax a bit and still remain unnoticed. 

Malachite - Do you speak more than one language?

Yes. 

Mantis - Favourite animal?

dogs, otters, foxes and badgers.

Seafoam Green - Do you like water?

Yes...and seeing that I'm made up of mostly water....

BLUE

Sky Blue - Would you ever want to fly?

I've flown all over the world xD But having the ability? Fuck yes, save on airfare! 

Periwinkle - Would you want to breathe underwater?

Yes! Being able to cheat drowning out of a victim, who wouldn't want that? It's painful and not pretty.

Powder Blue - Or control the weather?

No, I'd rather experience the unknown with the weather.

Liberty - Become the president/prime minister?

xD If I ever was elected it would be a fuckin miracle. 

Space Cadet - Become an astronaut?

That would be cool. I love space and planets, so I'd love to be able to get up in them first hand.

Celeste - Have perfect pitch?

Actually, have this so....

Eton Blue - Become invisible?

I'd do illegal and possibly immoral things with it. Of course, I want this! Who wouldn't want it? 

Indigo - Become immortal?

Part of me says yes, out of curiosity and the other part of me says no because I don't want to be subjected to the complete and total moral decay of society. We've descended and it's only the beginning, which is a truly appalling and haunting thought.

Iris - Grow plants at will?

I'd grow my own weed plants, basil plants, tomato plants. Stuff like that. I'd share them with important people in my life.

Whispering Blue - Or teleport?

Nah, I don't like the idea of my particles going all over the place, me not knowing there they're going and when I arrive somewhere I could be missing part of my ass or have an extra ear somehow. Uncool.

PURPLE

Lilac - Would you want kids?

I've thought about children.

Lavender - What is your favourite time of day?

Sunset or Midnight.

Mulberry - Could you betray someone?

I have because they betrayed me first; they deserved every second of my betrayal and the aftermath as well. 

Eminence - Favourite sounds?

Flatline on an EKG. Rain against the roof. 

Palatinate - Do you think you’ll make it to 100 years old?

ROTFL No. I didn't expect to make it to 25.

Prune - Do you ever think about dying?

Pretty much all the time, thanks for the reminder.

Fandango - Do you spontaneously start singing sometimes?

It's been known to happen from time to time.

Thistle - If you could become wise, rich, or intelligent, which would you rather?

Intelligent, that way I could learn to be wise and create a cash flow, something my own though skills and talents. More meaningful that way.

Mauve - What would you name your kids/pets?

Dexter after Dexter Morgan....Phillip because I love the classics.

Lisbeth because it's beautiful...Alexandria. Dunno, I just like it. 

Royal Purple - What’s your favourite emotion?

Lust. It always feels so good and incites passion, adventure and so much more. 

It's a true gift of an experience. I pity those who've never felt it.

OTHERS

Cream - If you had 1 day left to live, what would you do?
I'd go and spend it with him...the one who tends the flames of my existence. I'd tell him all that I feel for him and I'd thank him for the beauty he added to my life.

Silver - Are you a good person?
Sometimes I am.

Ecru - How do you feel about the world today?
It causes me great distress. That's all I'm going to say about that.

Auburn - Favourite colour?
Black or Green.

White - Do you own lots of makeup?
Nope.

Black - What is the greatest success of your life so far?
I don't think I've reached that yet.

Black and White / Mint Green and Grey.

I love photography. It's more than a job or hobby. It's my passion.
