Neck Tattoos Take Two

As some of you know, I will be on tour this autumn and whats the best way to remember your travels? A tattoo of course! For me, going to Chisinau is a once in a life time experience and its one that many outside Eastern Europe. Most people haven't even heard of the country of Moldova! (Republic of Moldova) Wanting to keep these precious memories with me wherever I go as a reminder of where I've been I contacted a few shops in the Chisinau area. Now, do note that if you are wanting to make a tattoo appointment in this city, not all of them speak English and if they do its very broken. From my experience, most of them speak Russian in addition to Romanian. I reached out to three great shops and found the artists to be extremely friendly! The prices are fair and they do amazing work.

I set my appointment up for the 11th of October at Leovink Tattoo Studio. (They accept Euros in addition to the Leu, which is the country's official currency.) I'm getting a design drawn by me; its a large blooming rose with Sanskrit through it that translates to "Mindfulness". I wanted a reminder not only of my travels, but also to remember my Mindfulness Therapie in times of stress and despair. Its going to cover the entire right side of my neck and I couldn't be happier about getting it done! How many of you guys get tattooed while on holiday or tour?
